Don’t let the dark winter days get you down! Brighten up your week with music, dancing, fun and laughter at the new Dancing for Well-Being group for older people on Monday afternoons at the St Robert’s Centre, Robert Street, Harrogate.
If you have mobility or health problems which make other dance or exercise classes too strenuous or challenging, Dancing for Well-Being may be just right for you. You can dance SITTING or STANDING, you can move at your level, you don’t need a partner and you don’t need a good memory. It’s great for company and friendship, it’s relaxing and uplifting, but above all it’s FUN!
